Rodney Cox

Rodney Cox is the founder and President of Ministry Insights International, Inc. a company dedicated to transforming relationships globaly. He is a recognized and sought after speaker and coach both nationally and internationally.  He has dedicated his life to the transformational message of God’s Divine Design for Differences and bringing transformational truths to church leadership, couples and families. He is the creator of a family of behavioral assessments profiles, teaching methods, and books that have been used by organizations and individuals globally.   Rodney and his wife Elizabeth live in Arizona and have been married 24 years. They have two daugters Ashley Elizabeth and Amy Christina.

Don Blanton

Don Blanton is the President of MoneyTrax Inc., a company dedicated to the development of innovative communication tools for financial service professionals. After 10 years in full-time Christian ministry, Don entered the financial services industry in 1986. He founded MoneyTrax in 1994, and the company has gained national recognition for its unique financial software. Don is a nationally sought-after seminar speaker, addressing the top financial planners in the country who use his communication style and tools with their clients. He currently holds the CLU, LUTC, and ChFC designations. Don and his wife Connie have been happily married for 30 years and have two children, James and Annah.
